Definitions

• Anti-Spam: a system that prevents unwanted correspondence, such as mass advertising, by blocking messages or moving them to a specific folder.
• Bugs: used when a logical failure prevents the execution of an operation on the site.
• Service Channels: electronic address and other channels available on the site's Contact link.
• Layout: the set comprising the appearance, design, and flows of the site.
• Link: terminology for an internet address.

Use of the site

• The user agrees not to access programming areas of the site, its database, source codes, or any other set of data available in these environments, as well as not to perform or allow reverse engineering, nor translate, decompile, copy, modify, reproduce, rent, sublicense, publish, disclose, transmit, lend, distribute, or otherwise inappropriately dispose of the site's functionalities.
• The use of data mining software (bots, crawlers, spiders, etc.), of any type or kind, as well as others not specified here that act similarly, is prohibited.
• In case of violation of any provisions of the Terms of Use, the user shall indemnify MADE and any third parties affected for all losses, damages, including moral or competitive damages, expenses, or other charges caused by such violation, including but not limited to attorney's fees and court costs.

Content, submitted data, and intellectual property

• Unless otherwise established in the Terms of Use, all news, images, videos, and trademarks made available on the site in any language or form are the exclusive property of MADE or licensed to it. The use of the site does not create any presumption of transfer of such property or license.
• The MADE brand is a registered property and cannot be reproduced without the express authorization of the company.
• The user acknowledges that MADE, unless at its exclusive discretion, will not disclose or provide any systemic or algorithmic information related to the site.
• MADE does not guarantee that the content, instruments, and materials contained, used, and offered on this site are precisely up-to-date or complete and is not responsible for damages caused by any content errors.

Privacy and personal data protection

MADE has its own document, called the Privacy Policy, which regulates the processing of Personal Data collected on the site, being an integral and inseparable part of these Terms of Use.

Disclaimer and limitations of liability

MADE makes its best efforts to maintain the continuous and permanent availability of the site. However, occasional temporary unavailability may occur due to necessary maintenance or even force majeure, such as natural disasters, failures in communication systems and Internet access, invasive cyber attacks, or any third-party events beyond our scope of surveillance and responsibility.

If this occurs, MADE will do everything in its power to restore access to the site as soon as possible, within the technical limitations of its services and third-party services on which it depends to be online.

Any maintenance procedures that cause the site to be unavailable for extended periods will be communicated through MADE's official communication channels.

Without prejudice to other provisions of the Terms of Use, MADE is not responsible for:

• The misuse of information, instruments, materials provided, and/or equipment used by this site, for any purpose, by the user, with the user being entirely responsible for any harm to their own or third-party rights, whether or not caused by such improper use;
• Any problems, bugs, glitches, or improper functioning that may occur on your devices and equipment;
• Any direct or indirect damage caused by third-party events, including but not limited to hacker attacks, system failures, server or internet connection failures, including software actions that may damage your physical or logical assets as a result of accessing, using, or browsing the site;
• Your browsing of any external links provided on the site, with it being your duty to read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the accessed resource.

Investment decision-making is the sole responsibility of the user, and potential investors should carefully consider, in light of their own financial situations and investment objectives, all information available on this site.

General provisions

• The Terms of Use are subject to constant improvement and enhancement. MADE reserves the right to modify them at any time, according to its purpose or convenience, and the user should verify them whenever accessing the site.
• Tolerance of any non-compliance with the conditions of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver or novation nor prevent MADE from requiring these conditions at any time.
• If any provision of the Terms of Use is deemed inapplicable or ineffective, the remainder shall continue to apply normally.
• The user may use the service channel available on the site whenever they witness or find inappropriate content, whether manifestly unlawful or contrary to the usage rules established in these Terms.
• The user acknowledges that all communication made by email is valid, effective, and sufficient for the disclosure of any matter related to the site.
• The Terms of Use shall be interpreted according to Brazilian law, in the Portuguese language, and the Courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve any disputes.
