The challenge was to create a platform that made scheduling and holding weddings an accessible, transparent and efficient process for members. Critical points included:

• Clarity and Simplicity: Offer a friendly experience from the initial contact to the celebration, making each step of the process evident on the screen.

• Requirements Integration: Develop a system that allowed the request to be advanced only to members approved in the Shielded Wedding course.

• Traceability: Ensure the detailed record of all aspects of the wedding, allowing the organization to track and manage all stages without losing ease of use for the bride and groom.

The response to the challenges was the development of a digital ecosystem composed of a public interface and a robust internal management panel:

• Strategic Landing Page: Creation of an informative page containing clear data on scheduling, Church requirements and course details. The contact form was designed to be direct, encouraging adherence.

• Screening System: Implementation of an area for Shielded Wedding participants to start the process.

• Management (Back-office): Development of an internal system for the Universal Church team to efficiently manage all participants and ceremonial procedures, keeping an organized and easy record access.
