    Comerc faced relevant limitations in the traditional model of service and access to information. Manual sorting of questions, incorrect targeting of experts and fragmentation of knowledge sources led to delays, rework, inconsistencies in responses and increased operational costs. Furthermore, the coexistence of multiple agents and dispersed bases made governance, continuous updating of information and service scalability difficult.

    The Comerc Super Orchestrator was implemented, a solution based on Generative Artificial Intelligence with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture. The architecture uses Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore for secure and scalable agent execution, LangGraph for orchestrating decision flows, DynamoDB as the source of truth for manifests, Titan Embeddings v2 for semantic vectorization and Qdrant as a vector database. For each question, the system automatically identifies the most appropriate agent and delivers contextualized answers with native observability, security and governance.
