Automated financial processes with Universal's smart reconciliation solution

The Universal Church, participating in the lives of millions of believers daily, was founded more than 40 years ago, present in more than 100 countries around the world, with more than 10 thousand temples and 14 thousand pastors.

To improve internal processes, the Universal Church realized how essential it was to reconcile contributions as control was not occurring effectively. To this end, we sought to implement a procedure to remedy this daily occurrence.

MadeinWeb, following the challenge received, developed a solution to control and check all receipts sent by the faithful, all to facilitate the process in a quick, practical and effective way.

Considering the high rate of receipts that were received daily, without precise control and the delay in validating this data, we decided, using our know-how, to develop an integrated solution with AI to recognize deposit patterns and make the digitization process the most efficient, reducing and confirming all bank statements.

The implementation of the digital reconciliation platform brought significant gains to the Universal Church:
