The main challenge faced by JBS was the need to improve internal communication and real-time monitoring of all the company's operations, including improving communication between different sectors of the company, ensuring that each action was notified in real time.
Another topic for the development of this project was to create a system that offered comprehensive control over activities, allowing data analysis and issuing alerts in a timely manner, in addition to integrating data from different areas of the company to provide a holistic and facilitate informed decision-making.
