We created the JBS Prycing Analysis platform, which consolidates data from multiple sources, applies artificial intelligence to volume and price projections, and facilitates business comparisons. The solution offers insights at the SKU, channel and UF level. Everything is accessible online, centralizing strategic management.

Consolidating databases using external databases is always a difficult task. The granularity, lack of standards and volume of the mass of data are some of the biggest challenges, especially when the tool used is Excel spreadsheets. This scenario culminated in a lack of confidence in the data and numbers presented for analysis, not to mention the impossibility of generating numbers and indicators due to the complexity of crossing and countless variables to construct the scenarios of interest. Much of the management of the market strategy was carried out blindly.


We built an online web platform consolidating more than 10 external data sources, carrying out all data transformations and standardizations, in addition to applying business rules that allow comparisons and extraction of business insights. Additionally, we build visions with embedded artificial intelligence that project future volume and price at the SKU, channel and UF level. All analyzes and analytical views are displayed on web screens with easy access and extraction, which allow all commercial strategy management to be managed in the same tool.
During the three-month MVP, the solution brought significant impacts to JBS:
