    Seara needed to optimize maritime cargo management, an intricate process that involves managing contracts, finances and documents related to the transportation of the brand's products, including the need to create a platform that offered a comprehensive and real-time view of the status of cargo, from production to delivery, integrating financial and documentary information in a cohesive manner. Furthermore, the platform needed to be intuitive, easy to navigate, and present a friendly interface for users of different profiles.

    We developed a web platform that unifies and simplifies maritime cargo management for Seara customers and representatives. The interface is designed to offer an intuitive experience, providing users with easy access to all essential functionality. The platform was divided into distinct modules, covering contract management, finances and documentation, allowing a detailed and segmented view.

    The highlight of the system is the cargo overview, showing the status of each load in real time, from production to final delivery. We included an interactive map that indicated the exact location of each load and at which stage of the process it was (production, loading, origin gate, shipment, delivered to the delivery point, gate out of destination). This functionality provided a transparent and real-time view of the entire logistics cycle.

    The transparency offered by the system improved communication and collaboration between Seara, customers and representatives, resulting in more efficient processes and more informed decisions.

    Integrated contract, financial and documentation management eliminated the need to switch between different systems or physical documents. The detailed view of cargo status, including the interactive map, brought a deeper understanding of the logistics process and allowed for more agile and strategic decision-making.
